We offer 24 hour on-line ordering through our website which is straight forward and easy to follow, however if you have any difficulty please don’t hesitate to contact us through the details on our customer service page.

Orders outside the UK

Currently for orders placed on our website we can only ship to addresses within the UK.

Delivery

After placing your order, you will be contacted to confirm availability of your order, and either schedule a delivery or confirm shipping information and costs.

Delivery options to UK Mainland are from £5.95.

For all Non UK Mainland orders (including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Isle of Man) please contact us with your order details and address for a quote.

On most items, delivery is within 3-14 working days, Some of our specialist products (sofa’s, mirrored furniture, marble, heavy or bulky items etc) are delivered by specialist courier, so please approx to 3-4 weeks. If any questions please do not hesitate to ring on 0344 249 4296.

NB, All items will require checking and signing for upon delivery as damage or breakage claims will not be accepted after this.
